You will be supporting adults with a range of physical, mental, and behavioural support needs on both levels of this supported living service. Ideally you will have experience with supporting adults with autism and behaviours of concern, but we are here to support you and provide resources to learn.
You must be willing to embrace all aspects of the role including, but not limited to, providing support with personal care, domestic tasks, and supporting individuals to access appointments, social opportunities like day trips out to maximize their quality of life.
