You will be providing 1:1 support to a 47-year-old female client who has Autism and a mild Learning Disability (LD). The role focuses on helping her maintain her structure and routine, assisting with daily living tasks, and accompanying her on outings.

You will be expected to run your own projects from handover of successful bid to final accounts with a view to ensuring complete client satisfaction. Our clients are proud of the level of repeat business, and they wish to ensure this continues!

You will keep a high standard of cleanliness throughout the kitchen and dining room areas, carry out all cleaning duties as outlined in the development-cleaning schedule, help with basic food preparation, serve meals to tenants and when necessary, assist escorting tenants to the dining room.

You must undergo a DS/DBS check for this role.

You will ensure approved maintenance scopes are delivered collaboratively with the Asset Operations, Central Technical Authority and Contract partners ensuring comprehensive reporting throughout.
