You will join our Senior Management Team to lead our Supported Employment offer, working as part of a wider suite of highly regarded Mental Health services across Sussex.

You will play a key role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their well-being and happiness. Your leadership will shape the environment and culture of the home, making a significant impact on both residents and staff.

You will meet with personnel from various scientific sectors and at varying levels of seniority – incl. physicists, scientists, engineers, technical experts, and managers – you will be representing UHV Design at the highest level. UHV Design is part of the Judges Scientific Plc group, which has seen significant growth over the past 10 years and is one of the rising stars of the AIM stock market.

You will also assist in the setting up of meeting rooms, minor office moves as well as supporting contractor access, waste disposal, health and safety issues, testing of fire alarms, reporting building faults and many more. key issues which form the foundations of Facilities Management.

You will play a key role in surpassing branch targets while providing excellent service to trade and retail customers. The successful candidate will have prior sales experience and strong interpersonal skills. The role offers a competitive salary of £32,000 - £35,000, along with generous holidays and additional benefits including a pension scheme and employee assistance programs.
