You will have a proven track record of managing complex tribunal litigation, drafting and negotiating employment documentation, advising on senior exits and workforce change, and supporting corporate teams on M&A and outsourcing projects. Experience in regulated sectors such as insurance, energy or healthcare will be an advantage.

You will be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales

You will be Newly Qualified - 3 years PQE (more senior applications may be accepted). - Experience handling a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters Desirable experience: - Employment law experience gained at a top 200 firm

You should have private practice experience, having trained at a leading law firm, and we are ideally seeking an individual who has also gained significant in-house experience.

You will need to be able to foster trust and establish credibility at all levels.

You must also be able to prioritise tight deadlines, manage a busy workload and be comfortable handling competing deadlines at times.

You will need to use your own vehicle for the first 4 months.
