You will work alongside the customer care and complaints team handling complaints in line with the HOS code (Housing ombudsman service).
You will deal with initial complaints over the phone, triaging and assisting with complaints and were needed to escalate to the relevant team.

You will deal with initial complaints over the phone, triaging and assisting with complaints and were needed to escalate to the relevant team.
You will either resolve the issue first hand on the call or you will be able to escalate if further support is required.
You will be expected to record all information surrounding theplaint, and you will also be responsible for typing up any correspondence and ensuring it is sent out to the tenant or whoever it requires to be sent too.
You will work as part of the multidisciplinary team to ensure those in care are supported to make decisions and access the community. Skills are taught and support given to promote recovery and develop confidence in order for them to live a more independent life.
