You will play a role in organising the office and carry out routine clerical duties, which include the development and maintenance of an efficient filing system, mail distribution, photo copying, binding and ensuring relevant files are available for meetings.
You will be responsible for opening and recording incoming mail and direct correspondence for the team as appropriate.
