You will have the opportunity to promote and lead on a number of key activities and initiatives and will have responsibility for a number of key functions within the department, including: - Supporting the development of messaging and materials for news media, social media and other digital channels including writing, editing, management of channels and the use of internal approval systems
You will be the main contact point for our customers, delivering exceptional customer service by promptly assisting with any queries or concerns. Coordinate installation teams, trades, and customers to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor and track appointment schedules and installation plans to ensure deadlines are met.
You will be supporting a positive customer experience within our stores by being a visible, friendly, approachable presence at our entrance doors.
You will be focused on deterring loss on the salesfloor whilst acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.
You will need to demonstrate your ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
You will be responsible to: - Effectively contribute to the Housing strategy and associated Building Safety Service objectives providing ongoing support to colleagues through the sharing of knowledge, experience and skills associated with residential properties owned and managed by Luton Council.
