You will work closely with Test Engineering and Production teams to ensure test equipment operates efficiently and evolves alongside product changes. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to support both new and legacy test systems.
You will design, develop and industrialise Matter-certified dimming products using Thread for smart lighting applications. This cross-disciplinary role spans hardware, embedded firmware and system integration with a strong focus on interoperability, regulatory compliance and exceptional dimming performance.
You will help shape how devices are assessed and qualified for use in space, drawing on existing data, modelling, and targeted testing where appropriate. - This role suits a physicist or engineer with research experience and strong technical writing skills, who wants to move into applied space work.
You will be involved in concept right through to production, in the electronics design process, simulating circuits, pre-scan of EMC rules, prototyping, creating schematics, designing PCBs then testing and assisting with the transition to manufacturing.
You will play a key role in the build, commissioning, and support of automated and manual test equipment used both internally and by external customers and service providers.
