You will take ownership of a substantial, multi-disciplinary engineering function within a rapidly growing organisation delivering complex, safety-critical electronic systems.

You will lead through a team of experienced engineering managers and senior functional leaders, shaping how engineering operates today and how it must evolve for the future.

You will also provide support in relation to all maintenance tasks and projects being undertaken, including breakdowns, PPM, equipment updates, new installations and building maintenance or infrastructure upgrades. The Role To lead the Maintenance team proactively, ensuring that the companys vision, values and policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.

You will represent the Company and be courteous and professional in your dealings with them at all times. Provide a call out response across all contracts. What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role? A customer-focused attitude with a practical problem solving approach.
