You will confidently lead the critical path to ensure timely delivery of samples and take full accountability for the Womenswear product development from initial concept through to final product ensuring alignment with seasonal trends and brand direction.

You will currently be working within or have experience of a customer service environment and have a passion for providing an exceptional level of customer service at all times, ideally in a face to face environment.

You will ensure the efficient and safe operation of the warehouse during your designated shift, meeting agreed budgetary and service levels. This key leadership role will also effectively manage all colleagues on the shift to ensure all customer expectations are achieved. Key Responsibilities

You will drive continuous improvements to ensure all targets are met while maintaining the highest quality standards across every task. Ensure Smooth Handover: Deliver detailed and clear handover reports to the incoming Shift Manager, guaranteeing a seamless transition between shifts and uninterrupted operational flow.

You will manage three main functions of the business, with three manager s directly reporting to you and a team of 35+ behind them.
