You will lead core GCP quality activities including quality system oversight, audit planning and execution, and regulatory inspection readiness. This role offers the opportunity to influence quality strategy, shape inspection preparedness, and drive continuous improvement across a growing clinical portfolio.

You will work closely with senior leadership and operational teams to embed a strong culture of quality throughout the organisation. Key Responsibilities - Lead and maintain the site Quality Management System - Ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g. ISO 9001 or equivalent)

You will act as an external arm of their clients, liaising with and managing CDMO's, and other key Vendors.

You will be speaking with key stakeholders including C-suite, and VP level, as well as connecting with entry level and specialists within their clients.

You will have a relevant qualification in either health/social care or governance/compliance.

You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in quality, governance or compliance in health/social care. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and audit processes as well as GDPR requirements.
