You must have excellent supervisory skills and the ability to coach a growing team. Ideally you will be qualified to NVQ level 3 in management and have experience with UPVC.
You will provide assistance in the supervision of all staff while maintaining the standards of the shop floor. Furthermore, you will deal with certain managerial processes on a daily basis as instructed by Store Management.
