You will manage this area taking responsibility for Account Management and new client acquisition.

You will have a strong mechanical engineering aptitude and or qualification either through an engineering apprenticeship and or Engineering Degree.

You will have an eye for upselling / cross selling opportunities *

You will have a strong track record of leading process improvement initiatives, optimising manufacturing performance, and supporting new product or process introductions while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will set the sales strategy, manage departmental KPIs, and ensure compliance with manufacturer and FCA standards.

You will be the focal point for project delivery and responsible for the planning and delivery of the day-to-day activities required to provide the agreed services.

You will work closely with the Offshore and UK&I O&M teams as well as other RES departments including HSE, Technical and Engineering.

You will predominantly be focused on sales, purchasing and costings and will be expected to provide holiday cover for senior management.

You must have good numerical skills and be computer literate.

You will be motivated, gritty, hardworking professional who isn’t afraid to put the hours in.
