You will take full ownership of electrical design and production engineering activities, supporting new product introduction (NPI), providing accurate manufacturing data, and ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and delivery.
You will be able to work to deadlines, remain focused at all times and have excellent attention to detail.
You will play a key role in introducing new and existing products into full-scale production, applying lean manufacturing principles to deliver efficient, cost-effective solutions. Working closely with production, quality, and project teams, you’ll ensure components are delivered on time and within budget while driving continuous improvement across machining processes.
You will work as part of a team in a fastpaced manufacturing environment, ensuring products are built accurately, efficiently and safely. Main Tasks & Responsibilities: - Assemble parts or components according to technical drawings, work instructions or assembly procedures. - Operate hand tools, power tools and basic machinery safely and efficiently.
You will build relationships with internal stakeholders and work together as a team to improve operational performance, while engaging the workforce to make a difference. We are looking to appoint a high-performing professional with at least 5 years of leadership experience, who can demonstrate success in manufacturing excellence, both in production processes and team leadership.
