You will be part of a small team of skilled technicians responsible for the manufacturing our small wind turbines.

You will be involved in the manufacturing of a variety of blades and stators within the composites department. This will involve everything from coil winding, complex RTM and vacuum moulding, through to sanding and filling final parts.

You will utilise PMS for prioritisation and RCFA problem-solving, liaise with OEMs for technical support and expedite unavailable parts. Reducing downtime through trend analysis and supporting 5S programmes will be key. All activities must be recorded in the Electronic Maintenance Management System and adhere to ISO 9001:2000 standards.

You will need experience using 3D AutoCAD or Solidworks and any additional knowledge of electronics or PLCs would be advantageous, however PLC programming training can be provided.

You will be involved in testing the equipment and QA.
