You will help shape how devices are assessed and qualified for use in space, drawing on existing data, modelling, and targeted testing where appropriate. - This role suits a physicist or engineer with research experience and strong technical writing skills, who wants to move into applied space work.

You will be required to carry out all works in accordance with the lift manufacturers' specification and safety procedures and you should be available to participate in a roster system to provide 24-hour standby service, which will include some Bank Holidays.

You will also be required to be available to travel to other parts of the Channel Islands by Air or Sea, to work as required by the Company.

You will take responsibility for developing and maintaining the firmware that underpins RF platforms, including systems based on the Altera Cyclone V architecture.

You will collaborate closely with software, RF and systems engineers to ensure that your designs interface reliably with the rest of our technology.
