Provides technical support for inkjet systems, diagnosing and resolving issues for EMEA customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will be required to carry out all works in accordance with the lift manufacturers' specification and safety procedures and you should be available to participate in a roster system to provide 24-hour standby service, which will include some Bank Holidays.

You will also be required to be available to travel to other parts of the Channel Islands by Air or Sea, to work as required by the Company.

You will also manage the technical service escalation queries and processes via online and system portals

You will become a vital member of the technical service team to ensure that technical customer service care is high quality for all local business partners and end customers

You will need good knowledge of using Control Systems to control the hydraulics, things like closed-loop control, motion control, servo control, PID tuning etc.

You will be working on complex, bespoke test rigs that operate like “testing robots”, combining hydraulics, electronics, controls, software and mechanical engineering at a very high level.

You will translate business challenges into technical solutions, build new tools from scratch, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the factory.

You will be based on site in Telford five days a week.

You must have good communication skills, enjoy problem solving, and be commutable to Telford five days per week.
