Key responsibilities include: - Translating customer requirements into technical solutions and new product designs - Designing custom electronic circuit boards, including schematic capture and PCB layout

You will be a dynamic individual and looking to take the next step in your career. This integral role will see you become the a key figure in electronics design and development department, running a small team and overseeing product development to launch, liaising with customers, fostering relationships, project management and being the conduit between the development team and senior stakeholders.

You will average 40 hours per week over the year working annualised hours (less in summer more in winter) but your pay will not change!
