You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, installations, fault-finding and repair work across a range of mechanical building services systems.

You will play a key part in ensuring products meet original equipment specifications and company standards. Key Responsibilities: - Assess overall condition of products and individual components for fitness and viability. - Strip and rebuild units following manufacturer instructions and internal work guidelines.

You will work Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30, with no weekend work, alongside an experienced team in a well-equipped workshop. Training is provided, and the business is committed to developing its people over the long term.
