The portfolio ranges from new builds through to ancient scheduled monuments and listed buildings.

You will need to be an excellent communicator who can articulate complicated issues between our clients and our highly skilled project teams.

You will also need to show a willingness to learn whilst demonstrating a high level diligence and organisational skills

You will need to be proficient in designing and calculating electrical services including small power, Data/IT, Fire Alarms, Security, Access Control, lighting, power distribution, renewables such as photovoltaics etc. , to the built estate on behalf of the County Council.
