You will play a key role in leading the staff team, maintaining high standards of care, and ensuring compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Ofsted expectations.
You will support children from 6 months to reception age, ensuring high standards of care and learning in a safe, stimulating environment, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage
You will support and inspire children to become independent, creative, and confident individuals.
You will be an enthusiastic, professionally qualified Mental Health Practitioner who is committed to providing responsive and high-quality clinical services to mental health service users and their carers.
You will have extensive relevant experience of working with service users in a range of settings, ideally with some community experience but this is not essential.
You will be a team player and work collaboratively with staff from all disciplines whilst maintaining high professional standards.
You will ensure good communication, and effective processes and procedures are maintained across the service. The post holder will work 37.5hrs per week, 7 days a week, between the hours of 8am – 8pm, which will include weekends.
