You will work within the standardsprovidedin theOFGSpeech and Language Therapy Ways of Working.
You will be given responsibility for holding a Speech and Language therapy caseload, with the full support ofyour designated clinical supervisor and site lead, also contributing to staff training and consultation asrequired?
You will manage small works and minor project management tasks, conduct site surveys, and prepare validation reports for upcoming projects. This client-facing role requires attendance at witness meetings with consultants and a strong knowledge of commercial electrical installations as all projects are with office, retail and leisure environments.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 6–7 members, supporting them with day-to-day tasks, and ensuring adherence to engineering standards and Health & Safety regulations. Reporting to the Fabric Manager, you will lead by example, maintain excellent service delivery, and take a proactive approach to client liaison and contractor management.
You will be able to work full time or part time with roles ranging from daily bookings to long term assignments.
