You will plan and designate project resources - ensuring all departments are provided with the specific project information to enable the correct and timely manufacture and installation. On occasion the preparation of budgets and/or estimates may be required.
You will oversee and deliver a diverse range of mechanical projects across commercial facilities throughout London. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects (typically 6–10 at one time) ranging from £10k to £500k. Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will have the following experiences: Extensive experience in a similar role CIPD qualified and ideally hold a Project Management qualification Experience of planning and executing projects of varying size and complexity Local Authority experience is essential
