You will actively manage crucial vendor relationships related to specialized electrical components, review comprehensive technical specifications, and ensure that all integrated systems meet stringent performance and quality criteria. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and a proven ability to deliver complex engineering projects on time and within scope.

You will communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project needs and goals, while consistently demonstrating SSE’s core leadership values. - Manage work packages with a focus on value and efficiency, contribute to budget planning, and support the preparation of financial reports.

You will have a team of 4 Site Managers working across 3 key projects and you will have autonomy to run and deliver the projects which includes the retrofit

You will provide support and coach your Site Managers to ensure they have the knowledge and skills required to successfully implement the project and deliver ‘quality as standard’ guarantee.

You will learn directly from experienced technicians and engineers and gain exposure to real engineering projects.

You will be resident of the UK for the entire duration of the program

You will be 18 years old or older before entering an Amazon building (August 2026)

You must NOT already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship.
