You shouldbe educated to at least ONC level in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineeringand should have served a recognised Apprenticeship.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to define system requirements and specifications and ensure the efficient, timely completion of electronic engineering projects.

You will report directly to our Engineering Manager, and you’ll work out of our Edinburgh, Scotland location on a Hybrid Work Module, 3 Days from Office and 2 Days from Home.

You will take part in the Department Duty Engineer shift rota providing 24/7 cover. React to requests to assess and repair where possible, faults with all aspects of the buildings including HVAC, lighting & small power issues, plumbing problems, Pool plant and Thermal suite Communication to ensure accurate record keeping is maintained for reporting.

You will utilize your technical expertise, innate curiosity and creativity to gain a deep understanding of customer needs, map out customer requirements and propose solutions.

You will architect, design and develop solutions prior to delivery.

You will drive and execute projects from concept to final silicon and will work closely with key customers and internal marketing groups to define, architect, and implement new products.

You will be involved in recruiting and developing engineers to build a high-performing, collaborative team.

You will be part of a new verification team which collaborates on the mixed-signal verification of gate-driver ICs and embedded SoCs based on innovative new core architectures.

You will utilize your technical expertise, innate curiosity and creativity to gain a deep understanding of customer needs, map out customer requirements and propose solutions.
