Electrical Maintenance Shift Engineer jobs in Glasgow
You will be responsible for maintaining and improving the reliability of electrical assets within a manufacturing environment and will receive specialist training to further develop your electrical maintenance skills, progressing into a Reliability Engineer role.
You will lead, coach and develop a shift-based engineering team while remaining actively involved in maintenance, breakdown response, fabrication and improvement work. You'll play a key role in improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime and building a high-performance, safety-first culture.
