You will be the Electrical Supervisor on site, leading teams of electricians and making sure all works are installed, tested and commissioned safely and to the required standard.
You will lead a small electrical estimating team, take ownership of tender strategy, and work closely with senior management to shape how projects are priced and risk is managed - not simply respond to bid deadlines. Key aspects of the role include:
You will support operational teams in daily routines, monitor plant performance, and coordinate with external contractors or suppliers when required. This is a hands-on role for a proactive, self-motivated individual who can work independently while also collaborating effectively with colleagues.
You will utilise PMS for prioritisation and RCFA problem-solving, liaise with OEMs for technical support and expedite unavailable parts. Reducing downtime through trend analysis and supporting 5S programmes will be key. All activities must be recorded in the Electronic Maintenance Management System and adhere to ISO 9001:2000 standards.
