You will play a key part in shaping the technical roadmap of the business, overseeing product development from concept through to manufacture, and ensuring the continued delivery of high-quality, compliant and commercially successful products. Key Responsibilities - Lead and mentor a small team of electrical and electromechanical engineers.

You will be responsible for the maintenance, installation and repair of injection-moulding machinery and facilities.

You will be taking on small repairs through to large-scale projects and installations, working closely with different teams across the site.

You will provide advice to clients and will take responsibility for managing and cultivating client relationships and securing new work.
