You will act as a technical authority, mentoring senior and junior engineers, liaising with clients, and setting standards for best practice across the team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee all aspects of electrical design for building services projects. Act as technical authority, providing guidance on complex and high-value projects.

You will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance, attending multiple sites across the Heathrow, M25, and South Coast areas, ensuring stores remain safe, compliant, and fully operational. This role requires both maintenance and electrical work – it is not a split or specialist-only position.

You will be part of a supportive, collaborative team and work closely with a top-tier client that places strong emphasis on training, development, and internal progression.
