You will be responsible for performing soldering, crimping, and general wiring tasks, as well as detecting and resolving workmanship issues. Additionally, you will actively contribute to Lean and 5S improvements, promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
You will be a key part of a multi‑disciplinary team responsible for delivering the full electrical design lifecycle — from initial architecture development through to validation, verification, and entry into service. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage the electrical design for a complex avionic control bench.
You will work closely with mechanical and software teams to ensure designs meet performance, safety, compliance, and cost requirements throughout the project lifecycle. The role would suit someone from an Electrical Design background, looking to join an industry leading business and have the autonomy to make key decisions.
