Key Responsibilities - Lead the maintenance team in promoting a strong EHS culture, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and driving continuous improvement.
You will lead the Facilities Engineering and Utilities Maintenance teams, working closely with Operations, EHS, Engineering, and external contractors to deliver a robust, legally compliant, and cost-effective facilities and maintenance strategy.
You will play a vital role in ensuring safe operations, regulatory compliance, and resilient facilities that underpin the success of the entire business.
You will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of key enterprise clients.
You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from opportunity identification and solution positioning to contract negotiation and post-sale handoff, while collaborating closely with internal partners including Solution Executives, Solution Engineers, Professional Services, and Customer Success.
You will be an electrically biased engineer supervisor/team leader, with experience of working in a manufacturing/factory environment, with a minimum level 3 qualification in an Electrical Engineering discipline. - Experienced with controls and automation with Siemens PLC’s including maintenance, programming and diagnostics
