You will join two specialist education brands based at Westbourne Manor in Edgbaston.

You will run your own education desk and bill consistently.

You will build a strong pipeline, register quality candidates, and win new school partnerships.

You will manage compliance and keep data clean so placements move fast and stay secure.

You will be responsible for helping applicants match with suitable training options and providing them with the necessary information to facilitate their career paths. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential. This contract position offers a dynamic environment where you can make a difference in people's professional journeys.

You will be expected to provide support and guidance to students, while ensuring they meet the required standards. What you will be doing: Create conditions in the training centre which will help to develop the abilities, skill and confidence of each learner.
