You will be responsible for reaching out to new customers and welcoming them to our business following recent orders. You will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a B2C credit control function with a proven record of recovering aged debt balances.

You will take overall responsibility for the national and regional contractor, sub-contractor and supplier agreements to ensure exceptional quality of work and value for money.

You will be an experienced team manager, able to harness the skills and qualities of your team who are based both in the office and out in the field.

You will ensure that demands for leasehold Service Charges and Ground Rent are raised as per budget and issued in a timely manner in line with company procedure, ensuring that all Direct Debit Mandates are processed in accordance with Direct Debit legislation.

You will demonstrate previous experience in a supervisory capacity or team-leader role.

You will demonstrate good organisational skills, a motivated ‘can-do’ attitude, combined with excellent communication skills and a friendly, helpful disposition, ready to fit seamlessly into our current team. Previous experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel, ideally to Intermediate Level would be an advantage but training and support will be given.
