You must have excellent communication and presentation skills, an ability to relate to all levels within an organization from the front-line to the CEO, and the ability to drive consensus across diverse groups.
You should also have the ability to mentor and develop Programme Team Members if required, and a relentless appetite for successful change delivery and benefits realization.
You will work closely with the CEO and partners to develop and implement impactful programmes, contributing to national visibility and storytelling while supporting young people and volunteers. Opportunities for training and development are a significant part of this role.
You will work alongside the founding Director and a growing team of industry experts to provide and lead the technical design function of a wide range water and wastewater projects. Projects will include wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, storage reservoirs and watermain programmes to name a few.
You will be an experienced senior leader with strong credibility across childrens social care and fostering, comfortable operating at strategic and operational levels.
You will provide technical leadership, oversee electrical engineering design and delivery, set quality standards, and ensure excellence across the full project lifecycle from concept design through to construction support.
You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams across the UK and internationally to create integrated engineering solutions that meet the highest industry standards.
