You will be responsible for the effective management and administration of an NEC MTC, including:

You will play a key role in supporting young people to build independence, understand their behaviours during difficult moments, and adopt more positive coping strategiesa challenging yet deeply rewarding journey.

You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication. There will be a requirement to cover sleep in sessions.

You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in. North Down and Ards is an Independent Living service.
