You will work alongside a dedicated team of teaching assistants and SEN specialists, providing a nurturing environment where every student feels safe, valued, and supported. Key Responsibilities:Develop and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of students.
You will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to identify needs, monitor progress, and adapt your support to maximise impact.
