You will be responsible for ensuring that the service is promoted and delivered to a high standard in accordance with Lime Culture and Respect standards, offering evidence-based interventions. The service works within safeguarding processes including Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conferences (MARAC), Domestic Abuse Related Death reviews, Serious Case reviews and other frameworks.
You will play a vital role in helping pupils overcome barriers to learning, providing both 1:1 support and working with small groups to encourage positive behaviour, emotional development, and academic progress.
You will be required to work on a 1:1 basis (or 2:1 with support of an additional practitioner).
You will be working on a flexible contract where various interventions will be offered based upon location and match with a student.
You will need to be available during daytime hours, Monday-Friday.
You should be confident in using your initiative, skilled at building strong relationships with pupils and colleagues, and able to contribute to the wider life of the school community.
