You will be involved in the processing of tenders, the creation of project offers and the close cooperation with Dynamics 365 consultants and developers.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that enhance our business processes. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the successful deployment and maintenance of Dynamics 365 applications.

You will need to be a very experienced Technical Lead of Development lead in Dynamics 365 CRM. There is a team of 5 and an offshore team, however you wont be line managing internal stuff, but overseeing the third parties and off shore teams. Your key role is being the technical lead for everything D365 CRM development.

You will work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into functional applications, and support the integration of these apps within the organisation’s existing systems.

You will support both your own territory and the wider commercial team to drive growth across product, local, regional, and national levels. With a strong focus on internal and external engagement, you will champion new initiatives, lead projects from ideation through to commercialisation, and play a key role in identifying and executing new market opportunities.

You will provide, develop and manage the solutions on the Azure platform, to enable other digital solution teams to complete their tasks in supporting the customer and business and to manage access and permissions of our systems either directly or with our 3rd party suppliers.

You will shape how our engineers build, test, release, and monitor software, ensuring frictionless workflows while keeping ownership of business logic, test quality, and development practices firmly with the product engineering teams.
