You will support the delivery of civil engineering and infrastructure designs from early feasibility through to detailed design and construction.
You will be a motivated civil engineer with a consultancy background and a strong technical foundation in infrastructure design.
You should demonstrate:
You will hold a small, complex caseload (approximately 10–11 children across 4–5 families) subject to care proceedings and be responsible for all aspects of case management, including statutory visiting, care planning, reviews, and court work.
You will play a key role in fostering a supportive and positive team culture.
You will review and check the work of designers, providing technical oversight and maintaining high standards across the department. Key Responsibilities Manage, support, and develop the design team Review, check, and approve design work prior to release for manufacture Ensure designs meet manufacturing and quality requirements
You will hold good presentation skills and be able to produce accurate technical information within project timeframes. The working week is 37 hours with core hours between 10 and 4 working from a very well positioned studio with great amenities nearby. They have a low staff turnover and a good track record of recruiting people internally.
