You will be responsible for working as a team collecting recycling goods from the general publics homes safely and efficiently, ensuring timely collections while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies. This role requires a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism on the road.

You will balance customer needs against customer outcomes and company brand values. Supporting management in change activities to enable process improvement and regulatory compliance.

You will receive a generous annual leave up to 35 days which is inclusive of bank holidays. There’s free on-site parking available, and you’ll have access to a subsidised restaurant.

You will always provide an excellent level of customer service to both your internal and external stakeholders offering clear and accurate communication throughout the collections and query resolution process. You will have an excellent telephone manner and be able to provide customer service over the phone ensuring professionalism at all times. On a day to day basis you will be contacting customers that have fallen into arrears with their clients to collect payments over the phone and working with them to negotiate repayment plans.

You must be able to remain calm, focused and professional under pressure.

You must have previous Collections experience, excel at managing customers and be motivated to build a career in Collections.
