You will be responsible for investigating, resolving, and responding to complaints which could carry a financial, regulatory, or reputational implication for the business, as well as playing a pivotal role in helping drive client centric change that includes investigating and addresses root causes.
You will be accountable for several established and newer customers and be the 'go to' person for any queries or issues around the customers data and energy meters.
You will be building strong relationships with the customers via Teams and face to face meetings, also communicating over the phone and via email.
