You will join a growing, collaborative team, developing innovative and sustainable solutions with a variety of clients across the country.

You will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams supporting the FEED design and detailed civil design for energy projects. Day to day you will provide technical solutions, develop detailed designs, and support Project Managers and Team Leaders.

You will motivate, inspire, train and develop your team to deliverEXCELLENCEin everything they do.

You will lead your team to deliver exceptional customer experience and create a selling culture that makes the Radley customer return time and time again,

You will be responsible for investigating and resolving technical issues, setting bespoke configurations for new customers and supporting existing customers with any changes. No two days are the same!

You will utilise your problem-solving skills, attention to detail and your ability to multitask.

You will be located in one of those postcode areas: BA, BS, TA, TS, TQ, PL Full Manual Driving Licence Good geographical knowledge of your local and surrounding areas is key for this role Quick to learn and eager to grasp new tasks and opportunities Ability to use hand tools effectively

You will assist in key technical projects, responsible for ensuring high standards of capacity, continuity and availability of all systems under the Data Centre team's remit.

You will act as the technical authority behind next-generation Generative AI and Agentic systems, working across multiple client programmes rather than being tied to a single product or domain.

You will be doing around 5 jobs per day. Do you want to make some extra money?

You will have access to your schedule up to 2 weeks in advance. You'll also be provided with continuous training to maintain and develop your skills.

You must have held your licence for 1 year and have less that 6 points.
