A Solicitor is sought to join a consultancy with flexible work options, earning up to 75% of billing. They'll manage their clients, hours, and workload.
You will also contribute to the continued growth of the practice, working closely with colleagues across the UK. The firm offers full administrative, marketing, and paralegal support, as well as a clear pathway to equity partnership.
You will work directly with the Company Secretary (a qualified solicitor) and support a broad portfolio of projects across construction, property services, infrastructure and commercial operations. You will be part of a fast-growing practice specialising in RTA and insurance fraud disputes and organised frauds. The role involves managing your own caseload, working closely with clients, and handling all aspects of the litigation process. Candidates with experience will be able to take advantage of the firms remote working policy.
You will handle a varied caseload of privately funded family matters, including divorce, financial remedy, cohabitation disputes, children issues, and pre/post-nuptial agreements. With support from experienced colleagues and access to excellent training and development programmes, you'll be encouraged to develop your practice and grow professionally.
