You will play a key role in delivering an end-to-end service to our strategic partners across the UK, EU, and Rest of World (ROW). This role involves close collaboration with internal teams — including Buying, Merchandising, and our Warehouse — to ensure the efficient and accurate delivery of goods to our wholesale partners.
You will work with a range of machinery and tools, including lapping machines, lathes, milling machines, and handheld tools, primarily focusing on the refurbishment and inspection of mechanical seals. In addition, you will support customer enquiries by phone, email, and at the trade counter.
