You must also be a great manager who can shape and develop teams. You will have a secure understanding of special dietary and nutritional requirements, and be able to implement methods to ensure these needs are met.
You will also have your Intermediate/Advanced Food Hygiene certificate, and a full understanding of H.
You will be responsible for ensuring this is adhered to, and all relevant documentation is completed.
You must live within the territory (Enfield / St Albans/ Stevenage / WGC / Hatfield / Dunstable / Hemel / Watford areas). Ability to start mid-March to allow for a handover (ideal, not essential). Working pattern: MondayFriday. 37.5 hours, with genuine flexibility to plan your day.

You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care to join us as a Senior Care Assistant. We'll also need to see that you have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
