You will be working with an outcome-focused floating support team for people over the age of 18 who are experiencing homeless, or who are at risk of homelessness and have housing related support needs.

You will manage a case-load and provide direct support to service users in accordance with their holistic support plans.

You will be based in children's residential homes in Gateshead, working to provide a stable and loving environment.

You must currently live in the UK and have the right to work in the UK.

You will also act as a Key Worker, helping individuals achieve their dreams and ambitions.

You will be paid weekly. A minimum of 12 months’ experience supporting people with learning disabilities is essential.

You must demonstrate a can-do approach, person-centred values, energy, and commitment, and be able to contribute to a positive team ethos.
