You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care to join us as a Bank Senior Care Assistant. You will support the residents by offering person centred support and a choice of daily activities to provide a fulfilled and meaningful quality of life.
You will maintain and develop their independence within the home, as well as accessing the community to new and established activities therefore empowering each person to their own level in a 24-hour care setting.
