You will be based at Southdown Road service but may be required to work at other locations as and when needed.
You will work shifts and nights to keep things running.
You will work an average of 37 hours per week and this will include working night shifts, evenings, weekends and Bank/Public holidays (these days are added to your holiday allowance) on a rolling shift pattern. The frequency of night shifts will vary for each Establishment and can be discussed at interview.
You will ensure that high‐quality care is provided to our residents in a person‐centred and holistic manner. Your role will involve: Leading, managing, and developing a team of support staff. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices. Overseeing care plans and risk assessments to meet the individual needs of each resident.
