You will be key in the day-to-day running of one of our supported housing services. We don’t run care homes, so there’s no need to provide personal care. The priority in your role includes the safety and wellbeing of everyone in our accommodation, including our customers. Working with people who have a range of needs, you could be doing any number of things.
You will be provided with an in-depth, fully paid training program to ensure you feel confident and fully equipped for your new role. Plus, this position counts towards your clinical hours, helping you maintain your professional registration! What You'll Be Doing: - Utilising your clinical experience to conduct assessments with individuals with diverse health conditions.
You must be confident in managing the day-to-day operation of the home as you will be someone your team looks to for support and leadership to help deliver positive outcomes for the adults in your care.
You will develop strong relationships with the Bright Futures Team and the people we support to ensure the best possible outcomes.
You will be offering day to day, person centred care, which includes, activities and day trips planned weekly with residents and service users which includes – swimming, trips to the seaside, museums, sensory walks, and activity breaks across the country.
You will go home at the end of your shift satisfied and feeling like you have made a big difference to the people you support.
