You will be key in the day-to-day running of one of our supported housing services. We don’t run care homes, so there’s no need to provide personal care. The priority in your role includes the safety and wellbeing of everyone in our accommodation, including our customers. Working with people who have a range of needs, you could be doing any number of things.

You will be provided with an in-depth, fully paid training program to ensure you feel confident and fully equipped for your new role. Plus, this position counts towards your clinical hours, helping you maintain your professional registration! What You'll Be Doing: - Utilising your clinical experience to conduct assessments with individuals with diverse health conditions.

You will get to know each of the people that we support and find out their interests and likeable activities, to create fulfilmentof each day. Each day will be completely different, but you will be there to guide them through all of life's milestones and challenges.

You will develop strong relationships with the team and the people we support to ensure the best possible outcomes.

You must have skills and/or knowledge in re-enablement principles. Working as part of our Swinton based team on a rota basis which does include sleep in shifts, you will deliver flexible, person centred support.

You will be paid on a weekly basis. 12 months prior experience is essential for this role.

You will be offering day to day, person centred care, which includes, activities and day trips planned weekly with residents and service users which includes – swimming, trips to the seaside, museums, sensory walks, and activity breaks across the country.

You will go home at the end of your shift satisfied and feeling like you have made a big difference to the people you support.
