You will be working in a supported living setting working with a team of support workers to enrich the lives of thee people supported, you will be organising and overseeing the team, supporting the manager and on call team.

Support Worker needed to assist adults with learning disabilities, helping them achieve personal goals and daily living activities.

You will ensure that practice leadership is developed, recognised and reflected in all we do as you work on shift as part of the working rota, enabling you to act as a role model of best practice.

You will support people to design their support plans, assist with rota management, help maintain records, address concerns, conduct audits, and deputise for the Support Manager when needed.

You will also be supporting people that have Dysphagia and physical impairments. Supporting people in eating and drinking, all aspects of home security, finances, housekeeping, and any healthcare needs taking medication. Supporting people to go out into the community.
